Let me introduce myself: I'm Gretchen Gordon, an entertaining speaker and the author of the best selling book 'The Happy Sales Manager'.
I transform the way leaders think about sales.
I am different than most sales speakers and authors. You see, I fell into sales like so many others and had to work really hard at it to succeed. Then I was promoted to manager and had to work really hard at something that did not come naturally to me…again.
I share funny and sometimes painful stories from my struggle, and sprinkle in data to support the journey that the audience is taken on, which helps them change their view and take a more enjoyable and productive path to success.

I wrote the “The Happy Sales Manager” to reach as many sales managers and business leaders who may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and at their wits end, to help them more easily lead their teams to success, while enjoying their jobs more. In the book I explore the marriage of tactical skills as well as adopting the right mindset for sales leadership success.
